About Us
What we do
We assist in monitoring areas on campus that the school deems necessary. School monitors will address issues by redirection if possible and report anything to the appropriate school personnel. We are NOT a security company as we don't provide protection of property or people. We will redirect students as necessary and observe and report any incidents that require further attention. We will monitor and direct students where they need to be.
Possible Tasks
We expect our monitors to build rapport with students and staff to maintain a positive environment. Some of the tasks our monitors can assist in include:
- Escort students to/from locations
- Escort parents and visitors as directed
- Attend staff meetings
- File incident reports
- Collaborate and assist all campus staff
- Open/Close gates as directed
- Assist with other errands
- Monitor halls/library/cafeteria/common areas
Our Training
We provide in depth training to each employee to ensure that proper protocols are followed in an educational setting. Our training consists of a variety of courses taught by a variety of professionals to include educators on how to communicate and handle situations with students. Our monitors are trained to handle situations without physical contact with students.
Our Credentials
Each of our employees are required to pass criminal background checks and are required to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card by Arizona Department of Public Safety. These are the same requirements most districts require for classified staff on any school campus.
Our Philosophy
The most unique thing about our company and employees is our expectation for monitors to create well rounded relationships with administrators, certified staff, classified staff, and students. When a rapport is built with students, it's much easier to de-escalate situations and get students to cooperate. Our monitors will be required to be able to build that rapport while maintain a high level of professionalism.
